It only take your 12 to 16 GB of internal memory & 2 to 4GB of RAM but here note down you must have at least 2GB of graphics card with any of AMD, Intel or Nvidia processor for best performance.
Tencent Gaming Buddy is currently under Beta version so there may not good stability with some systems overall i tried with AMD A6-6310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics which has 8GB of Ram & Windows 10 operating system. The performance was really decent under these requirements & according to my thoughts it will be also good as per minimum 4GB of Ram & 2GB of Graphics Card with Windows 7/8/10 OS. How to Configure best short Key Mouse + Keyboard combo in Tencent Gaming Buddy Emulator?

Try exiting the emulator once and restart the pc after all now run the emulator and game too. if the problem not resolved than you have to reinstall the emulator, because you know it well currently PUBG Gaming Buddy is in Beta mode for English Version.
